Kevin was very thorough in his inspection. He made me feel confident in buying my first rental investment property with his well laid out and detailed report. It was very easy to follow so I could correct the issues. He didn't let the weather (it was one of the hottest days of the summer), stop him from doing a great job, from the attic to the crawl space. He uncovered what could have been bad electrical issues under my crawl space that I may have missed. I would definitely recommend him for any project as I will certainly call on him again!
